2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on bk98, a User must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter.

• The User must be at least 21 years of age. Users between the ages of 18 and 20 are not eligible to register regardless of local legal age thresholds in their jurisdiction.
• The User must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether access to bk98 is lawful in their location.
• The User must register using accurate personal information. Registration using false, incomplete, or another person's details is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening a second account, whether under the same name or a different name, is strictly prohibited.
• The User must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bk98 or any of its affiliated entities.

3. Account Registration and Security

When creating a bk98 account, the User accepts the following obligations with respect to the accuracy of their registration details and the security of their account credentials.

• Registration information — including mobile number, full name, and date of birth — must be accurate and kept up to date. bk98 must be notified promptly of any changes.
• The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and any OTP received on their registered mobile number. bk98 staff will never ask for your password or OTP via any channel.
• Any activity conducted through a User's account — whether or not that activity was authorised by the User — is the responsibility of the registered account holder. bk98 will not reverse bets or transactions where account security was compromised due to the User's own negligence.
• If a User suspects that their account has been compromised or accessed by a third party without their consent, they must notify bk98 customer support immediately by email at [email protected].
• Account sharing — permitting any other individual to access or use a registered bk98 account — is strictly prohibited. bk98 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where sharing is detected.

bk98 may, at its sole discretion, impose additional identity verification requirements at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account activity patterns. Completion of such verification is a condition precedent to the continued operation of the account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bk98 Platform are subject to the following conditions. bk98 processes deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. bk98 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your mobile money provider may apply their own transfer charges.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Users who have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawal requests until verification is finalised.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission, subject to payment provider processing times and any security review bk98 determines is necessary.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the payment provider's own terms. bk98 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be made via an alternative method where the original method is no longer available.
• bk98 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these terms.
• Deposits made to a bk98 account are non-refundable once placed, except in circumstances where bk98 is required to return funds due to account closure under these terms or as required by applicable law.

bk98 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the bk98 account holder. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bk98 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via the creation of additional accounts will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts.
• bk98 reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or reverse any bonus credited to a User's account if bk98 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of a promotional loophole, or any other breach of these terms.
• Bonus promotions have defined expiry periods. Any bonus funds not wagered within the stated expiry period will be removed from the User's account balance automatically without notice.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players only. bk98 reserves the right to exclude a User from receiving promotional offers at its discretion, including where bk98 determines that the User's pattern of play is inconsistent with recreational gaming.

Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid only on the designated game or games specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Winnings derived from free spins are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

6. Betting and Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the bk98 Platform. Where specific game providers or betting markets have their own published rules, those rules apply concurrently with these general terms; in the event of conflict, the game provider's rules take precedence with respect to the conduct of individual games.

• All bets placed and accepted through the Platform are final. bk98 will not cancel or reverse a settled bet except where the relevant game provider has voided the outcome due to a technical error, data feed failure, or other exceptional circumstance.
• bk98 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published erroneously due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's account balance.
• Live betting markets may be suspended, delayed, or closed at any time without notice, at the discretion of bk98 or the relevant data provider. bk98 accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's inability to place or settle a bet as a result of market suspension.
• All game outcomes on the bk98 Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) provided by the respective game studios. bk98 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are audited independently by the game providers.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, bk98 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last recorded state. Where restoration is not possible, the outcome will be determined by the game provider's disconnection policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the bk98 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any vulnerability in the Platform's systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including cooperative play designed to guarantee winnings, sharing game state information in live dealer games, or coordinating betting behaviour across multiple accounts.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring transactions to obscure their origin.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same identity or different identities, for any purpose including the collection of multiple welcome bonuses.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bk98 staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the Platform, including live chat and support email.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform's software, or attempting to introduce viruses, malicious code, or any other harmful technology to the Platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bk98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. The following circumstances, among others, may give rise to suspension or closure.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, and account security obligations.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation within a reasonable period following a KYC request from bk98.
• Discovery that the User provided false information at the time of registration or at any point thereafter, including misrepresentation of age, identity, or place of residence.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that bk98 determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Users.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these terms, bk98 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any deposited funds not yet wagered, where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of the Platform. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

9. Responsible Gaming

bk98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to minimise the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies form part of bk98's responsible gaming framework and are available to all registered Users.

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Self-exclusion: Users may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Session reminders: Users may activate time-based session reminders that will notify them after a defined period of continuous play. These notifications are informational and do not automatically end the session.
• Reality checks: The Platform displays session duration information to help Users maintain awareness of time spent playing. This feature is enabled by default for all accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk98 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform. The following specific exclusions apply.

• bk98 is not liable for any loss of funds arising from a User's own gambling decisions, including decisions made under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or while in a state of emotional distress.
• bk98 is not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or loss of access to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• bk98's total liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that User's account at the time the claim arose.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits bk98's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bk98 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of bk98 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No User acquires any ownership right in any Platform content by virtue of using the Platform.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial reproduction, distribution, public performance, or creation of derivative works based on Platform content. Any use of Platform content beyond personal recreational access is strictly prohibited without express prior written consent from bk98.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bk98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The version of the Terms & Conditions published on the Platform at the time of any transaction or activity is the version that governs that transaction or activity. It is the User's responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.

Continued use of the bk98 Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes the User's acceptance of the amended terms. If a User does not agree with any amended terms, they must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
